Training

Our local group currently trains 2 times per week in the Victoria Park area of Perth, Western Australia.

The small group classes are often held outdoors, providing a realistic environment of visual distractions, variable light conditions and a hard training surface. Classes generally consist of Cardio based warm ups, followed by stretching. The remainder of the 90 minute session is filled with various techniques depending on the topic of the day. Whether is unarmed strikes, guns, knives, sticks or grappling the class are always enjoyable, challenging and informative.
